Contributions are made up of two components, School Voluntary Contributions and Voluntary Approved Request Information Technology.
A Voluntary Contribution is a $60.00 amount paid voluntarily for each student. It assists the school to purchase resources and materials that enhance the learning experience for students.
For Kindy and Pre-Primary students, it assists to provide more variety in dress-ups, painting, books and games and equipment in the playground.
For Year 1-6 students it contributes to better equipment in learning areas such as Phys Ed, Art and Science, greater variety in books in the library and for use in classrooms during literacy.
An ICT Voluntary Contribution is a voluntary payment of $25.00 per Kindy student and $50.00 per PP – Year 6 student. It assists the school to purchase ICT equipment and resources that enhance the learning experience for students.
This assists the school to purchase iPads, Macbooks, and STEM resources such as Beebots, Sphero, Makey Makey and Lego Spike.
It also saves your family money as there is no need to provide a device for your child to use at school. The saving while your child is at primary school is approximately $3500.
Charges refer to costs that may arise throughout the year including excursions, incursions and swimming lessons. Families are provided advance warning and the costs involved will not exceed the amounts approved in the schedule. Click on the link below to view the Contributions and Charges Schedule.
