Kindergarten Enrolments
Applications for Kindy 2026 open in March. Parents with children born between 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2022 can apply. You can download an Application for Enrolment form below. When applying, please provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate and proof of address. Please email the documents to the email address below or hand them to the office.
The closing date to apply to enrol is Thursday 24 July 2025.
Application to Enrol
To apply to enrol at Carnaby Rise in 2026 please complete the application form and supply the following supporting documentation.

Supporting documents
- Birth Certificate or Passport
Proof of address
- Current Council Rates and 1 x current utility bill. (Water, Gas or Electricity)
- Immunisation History Statement – must be issued within two months.
This can be downloaded from the Medicare app or by contacting the AIR (Australian Immunisation Register) on 1800 653 809.
Visa details
- If applicable, please supply Visa document showing Sub Class number, Grant number and date of arrival in Australia or Citizenship Certificate.
Once your application has been approved, you will be given an enrolment pack to complete.
